At 1+Piote Pte Ltd, we help process industries make their plant easier to understand, monitor and improve.
We combine process engineering, material balances, digital visualisation, and real time data to build practical digital models of production processes. Our goal is not to create complexity, but to make plant performance visible and understandable to operators, engineers and management.

Ideation
Many production plants generate large amount of data, but the real process understanding often remains fragmented across different functions. Operators see one part, engineers another, and management often receives only summarised information.Our idea is to close the gap by transforming process knowledge into a shared visual and analytical model
