1+Piote Pte Ltd is a boutique consulting company supporting the process industry.
We combine extensive industrial and operational experience with process engineering, material and energy balances, plant data, digital visualisation and company knowledge to help companies make their plants easier to see, understand and improve.
Our approach is practical and built around the real needs of the plant. We work with operators, engineers and management to understand process behaviour, identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and make valuable operational knowledge easier to use and transfer.
From this experience, we developed The Glass Plant Suite — a knowledge application for the process industry.
The Glass Plant Suite brings together engineering models, real-time and historical plant data, operating experience and company knowledge into a shared operational view. Ideation
Many production plants generate large amount of data, but the real process understanding often remains fragmented across different functions. Operators see one part, engineers another, and management often receives only summarised information.Our idea is to close the gap by transforming process knowledge into a shared visual and analytical model
